Optional Upgrade: Built-In Breathing System (BIBS) for MedEq Hyperbaric Chambers

For clients who want the highest level of oxygen efficiency and chamber safety, the Built-In Breathing System (BIBS) is available as an optional upgrade on select MedEq hyperbaric chambers. BIBS brings deep-sea and aerospace breathing technology into a refined, wellness-ready format for home studios, gyms, and recovery centers.

Instead of providing oxygen through a small canula or open mask, BIBS creates a dedicated breathing circuit: oxygen is delivered through a sealed mask and exhaled gas is vented away from the chamber. This supports higher oxygen efficiency, reduces CO₂ re-breathing, and helps maintain a safer chamber atmosphere during each session.

System includes 20L oxygen concentrator upgrade, and high volume air compressor upgrade.

BIBS is not recommended for system that will be used in clinics, med spas, or other multi-user application.
