Soft shell or hard shell — which do I actually need?
Soft-shell chambers run at 1.3–1.5 ATA and start around $9,250. Hard-shell chambers reach 2.0 ATA and start around $26,000. The right answer depends on your goals, who is using it, and whether a clinician is guiding your protocol. This is the first thing your specialist will help you sort out.
Will it fit through my door?
Our hard-shell TimeCapsule Vision models are designed to pass through a standard 30-inch doorway. Soft-shell systems pack down considerably smaller. Tell us your room and access details and we will confirm before anything ships.
What electrical service does it need?
Requirements vary by model. Your specialist reviews this with you before purchase — it is step two of our process for a reason, and it is the detail most often missed when people buy without guidance.
Is it safe? What about NFPA 99?
Safety and code compliance is the question serious buyers should be asking, and most of our competitors avoid it. We offer the OxySafe Pro NFPA 99 atmospheric management system for exactly this reason. Ask your specialist how it applies to your setup.
Do you offer financing?
