Shipping Information

All of our hyperbaric chambers are manufactured and tested to exacting standards. Each unit is pressure tested for 7 days before being packaged for shipment. 

Standard shipping: Standard shipping cones by sea freight. Typical shipping times can be 20 - 30 days after the pressure test and the unit is packaged. However delays at customs can significantly affect shipment times. Our target is 20-30 days, but occasionally 40-60 days can happen.

Express shipping: Express shipping comes by air freight. Typical shipping times can be 8-14 days after pressure testing is completed and the unit is packaged. However delays at customs can significantly affect shipment times. Our target is 8-14 days, but occasionally 20-30 days can happen.

We will provide tracking information once the unit is sent to the fright office. The tracking number gives an approximate location of the item and may not be updated in real time.
