MedEq TimePod 01 – Shell-Shaped 2.0 ATM Hard-Shell Hyperbaric Chamber

The MedEq TimePod 01 is our shell-shaped, traditional hard-shell hyperbaric oxygen chamber custom manufactured to MedEq Fitness specifications. Built on the Kingshare KX-YK01 platform, it delivers true 2.0 ATA therapeutic pressure with an integrated high-flow oxygen system, advanced air purification, and full environmental control in a compact, design-forward footprint.

Designed for wellness and spa centers, fitness facilities, health clinics, chiropractors, sports performance centers, beauty salons, veterinary practices, and serious home users, the TimePod 01 combines aircraft-grade aluminum alloy construction with intelligent controls, a full BIBS oxygen delivery system, upgraded host unit (air compressor + oxygen concentrator + air conditioner all in one), and intelligent dual-screen controls.

Key Features

⏱️

True 2.0 ATA therapeutic pressure

Shell-shaped hard chamber rated up to 2.0 ATA (≈2 bar) for higher-intensity hyperbaric protocols.

  • Hard shell chamber rated up to 2.0 ATA (≈2 bar) for therapeutic hyperbaric oxygen applications.
  • Factory configuration supports a 1.9–2.0 ATA operating range for flexible clinical, wellness, and performance use.
🛏️

Shell-shaped ergonomic design

Spacious shell-shaped interior with generous length and diameter for a premium monoplace experience.

  • Internal shell-shaped capsule length ~2000 mm (≈78.7 in) with ~980 mm (≈38.6 in) internal width and ~1700 mm (≈66.9 in) internal height in the single-user configuration.
  • Optional expanded configuration around 2000 mm (≈78.7 in) length × 1480 mm (≈58.3 in) width × 1700 mm (≈66.9 in) height supports 2–4 users.
  • Recumbent “pod” design and curved shell geometry support a comfortable lying or reclined position with improved perceived spaciousness.
🧱

Aircraft-grade aluminum alloy shell

Shell constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy for high compressive strength and reduced weight.

  • Shell material: aircraft-grade aluminum alloy engineered for pressure vessel applications.
  • High pressure resistance and light weight to support daily clinical and wellness throughput.
🚪

High-transparency cabin door & windows

Aviation-style transparent door and windows for easier entry and a more open, less claustrophobic feel.

  • Aviation-grade, high-transparency cabin door engineered for safe, smooth entry and exit.
  • Large viewing windows support user comfort and make monitoring easier for staff.
🫁

Optional Upgrade: Built-In Breathing System (BIBS)

Add an optional BIBS (Built-In Breathing System) for advanced mask-based oxygen delivery while keeping chamber air at safe ambient oxygen levels.

  • BIBS delivers high-purity oxygen directly through a sealed mask instead of enriching the chamber air.
  • Supports safer operation by helping maintain ambient cabin oxygen near room-air levels.
  • Dedicated supply and exhaust pathways help remove exhaled CO₂ and maintain a controlled in-chamber atmosphere.
  • Ideal for clinics, wellness centers, and advanced home users who want protocol-driven oxygen delivery.

All-in-one host unit: compressor + O₂ + AC

Three-in-one host equipment: compressor, PSA oxygen concentrator, and air conditioner in a single unit.

  • Single external host powers the entire system:
  • Oil-free air compressor for pressurization
  • PSA oxygen concentrator
  • Integrated air-conditioning for cabin temperature control
  • Reduces clutter and installation complexity compared to separate components.
  • Intelligent host control with automated pressurization / depressurization curves.
💨

Upgraded oxygen system & flow capacity

High-purity PSA oxygen system (≈93% ±3%) with high flow capacity for 2.0 ATA protocols.

  • PSA oxygen generator delivering high-purity oxygen (≈93% ±3%) at therapeutic pressure.
  • High-flow output (up to ~15 L/min at 2.0 ATA, unit-set) feeding the BIBS system for stable oxygen delivery during the entire session.
  • Oxygen pressure at the host typically in the 120–140 kPa range (behind the BIBS regulators), engineered for reliable performance under load.
🌬️

Multi-stage air filtration & ionization

Multi-stage intake filtration and ionization to keep the shell-shaped cabin’s air clean and fresh.

  • Multi-stage intake filtration prior to cabin delivery (particulate + advanced filters) to help remove dust and airborne contaminants.
  • Integrated air purification with negative ionization to help freshen incoming air and improve perceived air quality inside the chamber.
  • Cabin oxygen diffusion kept at or below 23% to align with safety norms for fire risk mitigation.
🧠

Smart control & communication

Dual intelligent control screens and intercom, mirroring the C750+ user experience inside a shell-shaped pod.

  • Dual control screens (inside and outside) for full duplex control by both operator and user.
  • Wireless intercom built into the pod so staff can monitor and communicate with the user at all times.
  • Intelligent programmed pressure curves with manual override and emergency depressurization options.
🛡️

Safety systems

Safety architecture aligned with C750+, with shell-shaped construction and redundant relief valves.

  • Hard-shell chamber constructed from aircraft-grade aluminum alloy engineered for pressure vessel applications.
  • Redundant safety valves and pressure relief hardware for over-pressure protection.
  • Emergency stop and rapid depressurization features to bring the chamber back to ambient pressure quickly if required.
  • Designed to align with international mild-HBOT best practices for 2.0 ATA class systems (when installed and operated according to manufacturer guidance).
